StreamFilter™ Catch Basin Media Filters
Catch Basin cartridge media filter system designed to remove sediment, phosphorus, metals and other pollutants
StreamFilter Catch Basin Media Filter system is designed to effectively remove pollutants such as suspended solids (TSS), phosphorus, metals, nitorgen, trash and hydrocarbons at up to 45 GPM (170 LPM) for a single location. Each StreamFilter Catch Basin Media Filter system utilizes BayFilter – the most efficient, effective, economical, and easy-to-use stormwater treatment filter on the market today – in either a single or double cartridge design .
StreamFilter incorporates an easy to handle steel catch basin structure designed to incorporate proven cartridge media filter with a proprietary spiral wrapped layered construction. This design enables the StreamFilter to remove very fine sediment and a variety of other pollutants. The vertically spiraled, layered design maximizes flow rates and filter area to provide efficient and effective storm water treatment, while up-flow filtration allows for BayFilter’s unique, hydrodynamic backwash cleansing process. This process dislodges pollutants and restores the porosity of the mixed media filter. Dedicated drain-down devices assure there is no unwanted standing water between storm events. With its proven performance and cost effective design, the StreamFilter system is the ideal solution for decentralized stormwater filtration.
