Customer Service Representatives must
be aggressive self-starters who possess:
- A high level of efficiency
- Strong math aptitude
- Ability to handle a heavy volume
of work
- Strong organizational skills with
attention to detail
- Experience with PCs, order entry
software, and 10-key adding machine
- Excellent telephone etiquette for
heavy volume telephone communications
Qualifications include a High School diploma
or equivalent and previous customer service
experience.
ADS Sales people have a challenging
and rewarding career. A degree in Business
or Engineering is preferred, with a sales
background in construction helpful, but
not necessary. Additional marketing or
technical experience would be beneficial,
as there is substantial interface with
engineers and engineering-related studies.
Sales engineers increase the level of
approvals and acceptance of ADS products
in new markets. They work mainly with
engineering, municipal and regulatory
agency customers.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's
Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
field of study, PE preferred, minimum
of 3+ years of industry experience with
a proven track record of performance,
highly motivated and goal-oriented. Must
possess excellent face-to-face presentation
and communication skills.
