Down Stream Technician

A Down Stream Technician is responsible for the packaging, labeling, and visual quality inspection of all products produced on their respective production line. A DST is also required to assist Line Operators with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changeovers. DST’s receive job direction throughout their work shift from their respective Line Operator. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. A DST reports directly to the Plant Shift Supervisor.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and previous industrial or manufacturing experience.

Fabricator

A fabricator is responsible for the safe, quality manufacture of standard and non-standard drainage fittings. Fabricators utilize engineering drawings and equipment of varying degrees of size and complexity to manually perform this task. A fabricator is subject to repetitive lifting and handling of raw materials and finished products. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Fabricators report directly to the Lead Fabricator.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent. Carpentry/trade experience is a plus.

Line Operator

A Line Operator is responsible for performing and maintaining the daily activities associated with a production line. This includes maintaining production efficiencies, minimizing downtime, repair and maintenance, quality, housekeeping and safety. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Ability to work varying shifts is also required due to equipment changeovers. A Line Operator reports directly to the Plant Shift Supervisor.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing machine operation or extrusion experience is preferred.

Loader

A Loader is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries made and received. A Loader must demonstrate safe and proper vehicle operation at all times. A Loader also interacts with company and non-company drivers, as well as will-call customers. Loaders should represent the company in a friendly and courteous manner and display excellent customer service skills. This position must be licensed internally for forklift operation and requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Loaders report directly to the shift lead and/or Yard Manager.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service and/or warehouse experience is a plus.

Material Handler

The Material Handler is responsible for safe handling and transfer of finished goods from the production floor to the stocking yard. The Material Handler also will assist with on-line and off-line production as needed. This position must be licensed internally for forklift operation and requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Material Handler reports directly to the Plant Shift Supervisor or Yard shift lead.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent. Previous industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Truck Driver

An ADS Truck Driver is required to safely operate company equipment and provide the highest level of customer service in terms of delivery and customer management. A Driver is responsible for inspecting, tracking, and maintaining the maintenance of the unit that is assigned to him/her, as well as any equipment being hauled. ADS Drivers should maintain legal DOT logs, paperwork, and driving practices. Drivers receive work assignments based on their hourly availability. This position requires the flexibility to work any day of the week that driving hours are available as well as loaning driving services to other ADS facilities. Drivers report directly to the Dispatcher. This position requires the employee to hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent and commercial driver training and valid commercial driver’s license. 1-2 years OTR experience with a reputable carrier and previous customer service experience is preferred.
