A/R Administrator

Accounts Receivable Administrators are responsible for detailed cash posting of bank lockbox receipts using a PC with AS400 mainframe applications, daily phone contact with customers to research and resolve questions and account problems, processing credit memos and customer statements and reconciling account balances.

Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position or college degree required. Must be familiar with PC applications and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Administrative Office Assistant

Administrative Office Assistants provide administrative support to the various corporate departments. They must be able to deal with confidential matters in a professional and efficient manner and provide a wide range of administrative services within the corporate office. These positions deal regularly with internal and external customers.

Qualifications include a Bachelors degree and two or more years of administrative experience. These individuals must be able to act professionally and accomplish their objectives with individuals both inside, as well as, outside the company.

Human Resource Generalist

Duties may include recruitment, employee relations, compensation. This position will involve travel to manufacturing and sales sites in order to work with our employees around the United States.

Qualifications include a Bachelors degree and two or more years of increasingly responsible HR experience. Individuals must be able to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management. Spanish language skills would be a plus.

Staff Accountant

Corporate Staff Accountants are responsible for performing various accounting and financial analyses covering manufacturing, selling, and administrative functions of the company. Key skills include knowledge and application of accounting principles, analytical technique, and preparation of summary memoranda.

Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Computer proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have maturity to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
