ADS Mourns Loss of Chairman, Frank Eck
It is with profound sadness that Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) announces that it’s Chairman of the Board and long-time friend, Frank Eck, passed away December 13, 2007 from complications following open heart surgery. He was 84.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation increased the allowable average daily traffic (ADT) limit to 7,000 from 4,500 vehicles per day (VPD) for the use of polyethylene pipe in diameters up to 36 inches for culverts and storm sewers.
