ADS single wall or N-12^® dual wall HDPE corrugated pipe can be installed in new or retrofit construction to prevent wet basements. The pipe can be installed outside the building (see Foundation Drains ) or inside the basement itself. When inside the structure, the pipe should be placed in the basement floor approximately one foot from the inside wall or in a cross pattern. The pipe should be installed in a gravel envelope, have a minimum grade and lead into a sump at one corner of the basement or to an outside drain.

N-12® Corrugated Pipe This dual wall corrugated pipe has a smooth interior for excellent flow. Made from high density polyethylene, this lightweight pipe is easy to install and resistant to abrasion and corrosion. Available in 4-60 inch diameters, N-12 pipe offers both soil tight and water tight joints making it an excellent alternative to corrugated steel or concrete pipe for culverts and driveway applications.

Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Our standard pipe is lightweight, flexible and easy to install. It is offered in 3-24 inch diameters, and in straight lengths or coils for easy handling and installation with fewer joints. Available perforated for water collection and leaching, or non-perforated for application s such as moving downspout water to an outlet.

ADS 3000® Triple-Wall Plastic Pipe A smooth interior and exterior wall is strengthened through a third corrugated middle wall providing a drainage pipe with superior beam strength, and excellent hydraulics. Incorporating an integral injection molded bell, this 10-foot length pipe makes an excellent, impact resistant alternative to PVC pipe.
