ADS offers a wide variety of erosion control products. Geogrids keep unpaved roads from rutting and ADS erosion control mats hold vegetation firmly in place.
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) has exceptional resistance to all kinds of aggressive chemicals and corrosives including soils. It is an ideal material for pipe used in the special soil environments of waste disposal areas. Today’s sanitary landfills require materials with proven long term performance including pipe and geosynthetics. ADS offers a broad line of products used for primary containment and planar discharge.
ADS single-wall corrugated pipe is available in 75 mm–600 mm diameters and in long coils for easy installation with fewer joints. Choose perforated pipe for water and leachate collection, or non-perforated pipe for water transfer and outfalls.
N-12 ® (per CSA B182.8) pipe is the Canadian standard for corrugated polyethylene drainage pipe. Introduced in 2002, N-12 dual wall pipe with its smooth interior wall and corrugated exterior wall, offers exceptional hydraulics and strength. Built using application specific high-density polyethylene, N-12 corrugated pipe also provides superior corrosion and abrasion resistance making it an excellent alternative to reinforced concrete and corrugated metal pipe. These properties have led to the increasing approval and acceptance of N-12 drainage pipe in storm water applications across the country. The certification of our N-12 pipe is by a third party agency accredited by the Standards Council of Canada.
This dual wall N-12 pipe is corrugated for structural strength and has a smooth interior for excellent flow. Made from high density polyethylene, this versatile pipe is ideal for the rapid movement of storm water and leachate collection. Easy to install and resistant to abrasion and corrosion, N-12 pipe is available in 100 mm–1500 mm diameters. It is available with both soil tight and water tight joints making it an excellent alternative to corrugated steel or concrete pipe.
The Sanitite HP boasts size ranges 300 mm– 1500 mm, including a dual wall design for 300 mm– 750 mm and a unique triple wall design for the 750 mm– 1500 mm sizes.
AdvanEDGE pipe is a panel-shaped geo-composite pipe that is designed for rapid drainage response. It has twice the soil contact area of 100 mm round pipe, and can drain a given quantity of water in about 60% of the time. AdvanEDGE pipe is commonly specified for perimeter curtain drains around landfills and septic areas to keep external water away from waste cells and surface impoundments.
ADS offers a full line of geo-composite products: woven and non-woven fabrics for soil stabilization and rut prevention in unpaved roads, erosion control mats to protect embankments and shorelines, and geogrids for reinforcement of weak soils or strata.
